Full-Time Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Specialist with a passion for all things fashion, hair and beauty. Our industry, our brands and the individuals we work with are fashion forward, exciting and fun. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing a designated territory and providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to their clientele.

Answer phones, record and process product orders
Contact clients directly with any questions or concerns regarding their order
Generate and drive sales by informing clients of new products and current promotions
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Work closely with existing customer service team, sales consultant and management, to maximize service levels, create a memorable customer experience, and drive sales
Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
Maintain a professional, fashion forward appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
Performs additional duties as required

Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to make excellent sales to achieve performance in alignment with goals and objectives
Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.

Fluency in English.
