Full-Time Customer Service Specialist
(Calgary HQ)

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Specialist with a passion for all things fashion, hair and beauty. Our industry, our brands and the individuals we work with are fashion forward, exciting and fun. Having talented stylists as our target audience allows for a workplace promoting creative freedom and expression. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing a designated territory and providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to their clientele.

 Job Duties

  • Answer phones, record and process product orders 

  • Contact clients directly with any questions or concerns regarding their order

  • Generate and drive sales by informing clients of new products and current promotions

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism 

  • Work closely with existing customer service team, sales consultant and management, to maximize service levels, create a memorable customer experience, and drive sales

  • Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures

  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge

  • Maintain a professional, fashion forward appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times

  • Performs additional duties as required


  • Passionate, positive, ‘CAN DO’ attitude.

  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to make excellent sales to achieve performance in alignment with  goals and objectives

  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

  • Motivated, kind and creative team player

  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.

  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.

  • Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills.

  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

  • High level of integrity and work ethic.

  • Fluency in English.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $30,000.00 per year.
