we’re a family-run wholesale beauty distributor bursting with personality & obsessed with all things hair + beauty. our brand is unconventional, unhinged and a little silly, yet every campaign is crafted with intentionality and precision. our target market is made up of beauty pros who thrive on creativity, authenticity, and a bit of chaos (the good kind). we take our work seriously, but not ourselves. expect a lively, self-motivated setting where a sense of humor that aligns with our brand’s playful, yet calculated approach is a must.

about this role

we’re a small team with big ambitions, and we’re on the hunt for a high-level, multi-skilled powerhouse— someone who can handle both data-driven digital strategy and bold, engaging brand content. we’re looking for a content & social media manager to own, collaborate, and execute our social presence across multiple platforms, and manifold powerhouse brands. you’ll be carefully curating hilarious, and strategic content that resonates with our community, while driving growth, engagement, and sales. if you can write captions that make people snort-laugh, film content that stops the scroll, and turn analytics into action, we want you.

a day in the life

  • content creation: plan, create, and execute engaging, and highly shareable content (photo, video, design and written) for instagram, tiktok, facebook, linkedin, and beyond.

  • social media management: craft targeted captions, schedule posts, and engage with our community. develop a data-driven content calendar that aligns with our brand goals, product launches, promotions, and industry trends.

  • video production & editing: film and edit reels, tiktoks, and video content that is both entertaining and educational. (no need for a full production team—just a sharp eye, strong editing skills, and a knack for trends.)

  • follow brand guidelines and edit preexisting templates, to keep the brand consistent across all platforms.

  • trendspotting & experimentation: stay ahead of social media trends and test new formats, features, and approaches to keep us relevant.

  • analytics & optimization: track engagement, reach, and conversions, then pivot strategies as needed to ensure maximum impact.

  • the limit does not exist – were a small but mighty team, so collaborating on multiple projects, across various departments is kind of our jam.

your credentials

  • bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • proven experience in content creation and social media management.

  • proficiency in writing, marketing, content creation, analytics, and even some design chops. experience in the adobe suite is an asset. (you don’t need to have all areas mastered, but self-directed learning and resourcefulness is a must.)
