the hair & beauty industry is projected to generate a revenue of $646.20bn in 2024, and that’s no small chunk of pocket change. even during times of economic hardship, people prioritize beauty services. why? because of the way it makes them feel.

the human element is the big ol’ best part about this industry - building strong relationships and genuinely making people feel good; that’s what we’re all about. creative, out-of-the box thinkers who work hard, stay curious and love change. 

you need contagious energy, a growth mindset and the ability to get sh*t done to do well here.  we have a big, rebellious personality and we do things a bit differently. we never micro manage, but we do expect results. that means summit is not for everyone, and we’re ok with that. if you’re looking for a more status quo corporate setting, or consider work as a means to an end, you might not love it here; after all, a shared passion is what helps us keep pace. if you appreciate a fast paced, yet fun culture, hard, yet rewarding work (with a sprinkle of party), and the opportunity to create impact – then summit is for you.

basically, we’re here for the beauty pros. the small businesses that enhance our communities, improve people’s self-confidence and inspire creativity. we support local artists and entrepreneurs by helping them to better their businesses and their teams. we’re hair for the little guys and the mid-size guys (you know, the real-live-people doing a happy dance when you book with them.) this is rewarding work that directly impacts the lives of our clients and the individuals they service. products are what we sell, but people are our priority.
